About me
Hi, I'm Edison-Marius Nica (Singoor) — a folk musician telling small stories through song.
I write folk, bluegrass, and children's music rooted in acoustic guitar and ukulele. My songs lean into warmth and wonder — the kind of tunes that feel like a front-porch afternoon or a bedtime story.
I was born in Romania. By training I'm a Computer Engineer; by practice I'm a Software Engineer. Songwriting has become a creative dialogue for me — part instinct, part editing, and part musical dreaming. I start with a spark (a mood, a half-written verse, a few chords), then shape it through experimentation and iteration until the words feel honest and singable.
